Marius Danne studied law in Gießen and passed his first state examination in the winter semester 2014/2015. He then worked as a research assistant and doctoral student at the Chair of Public Law and Legal Theory of Professor Dr. Franz Reimer at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen with a research focus on security law and legal theory. From 2019, the legal clerkship took place in the Higher Regional Court district of Frankfurt am Main, including stations at the Federal Constitutional Court and the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). Marius Danne passed his second state examination in 2021 and received his doctorate in the winter semester 2021/2022 at the JLU Gießen Faculty of Law. He has been an judge in Hamburg since April 2022.
