Mariana Sacher

After studying law at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Mariana Sacher became a research assistant and then took over the position as an assistant professor to Professor Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Bernd Schünemann. After a master's degree, she completed her thesis about »Special Knowledge and Special Abilities in the Doctrine of Criminal Offenses« (Vol. 172). The Faculty of Law of the LMU Munich accepted this habilitation treatise in 2020/2021. Mariana Sacher is a so-called Privatdozentin at LMU Munich since 2021.
