
Manuel Joseph studied law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Münster. In 2016, he passed the First Legal Examination. He then pursued his doctoral thesis under Professor Janbernd Oebbecke on constitutional and administrative law. From 2014 to 2018, he worked first as a student research assistant, and from 2018 as a research collaborator at the Chair for Administrative Law. From 2018 to 2021, he worked at the Chair of Public Law and Constitutional Theory under the supervision of Professor Oliver Lepsius LL.M. (Chicago). In 2019/2020, he graduatred from University of Virginia, School of Law (USA). Since 2021, he has been a legal trainee (Rechtsreferendar) in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Hamm with stages in Brussels, Düsseldorf and Karlsruhe.
