Manuel Brunner

Manuel Brunner studied law at the Universities of Muenster and Helsinki. He worked during his legal traineeship in the German Parliament and studied at the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer. He conducted further studies at The Hague Academy of International Law and at the University of Maastricht. He worked as a research assistant the Chair of Public Law, Public International Law and European Law at the University of Hannover. Thereafter, he was working as a lawyer in a mid-sized law firm. Since October 2021 he is a Professor of Public Law at the Police Academy of Lower Saxony. He defended his doctoral thesis in 2019.
