Louisa Linke

The author studied law at the University of Bayreuth. She also completed additional studies in business economics, so she acquired the title Wirtschaftsjuristin (Univ. Bayreuth). Subsequently, she pursued her legal clerkship with stations at the Hessischen Städte- und Gemeindeverbund e.V. or the Wissenschaftlichen Diensten des Deutschen Bundestages. Currently she is an academic assistant at the Chair of Constitutional, Administrative and Environmental Law and at the ZfRV of the BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg. Among other things, she is involved in teaching and academic self-administration. She is also involved in publications, e.g. as co-author of the fundamental rights textbook of the OpenRewi project.
