Florian Liedl

Florian Liedl studied law with a focus on corporate law at LMU Munich and University College London as a scholarship holder of the German National Academic Foundation. After his first state examination, Florian worked as a research assistant with law firm Raue LLP in Berlin and as a lecturer at the Humboldt University in Berlin. He then completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal (second state examination) and received his doctorate from the University of Freiburg on a restructuring law topic. Florian Liedl started his career as a lawyer in the Berlin office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer before joining law firm Hengeler Mueller in Munich.
