I-Ning Liao

I-Ning Liao majored in law and minored in Chinese literature at National Taiwan University (Bachelor of Laws, 2004-2008; Master of Laws, 2008-2012, the title of the master's thesis: »The Problematic Application of Article 225 of the Criminal Code [Sexual Abuse of Incapable People] – a view of the right to sex of the mentally-disabled)«. Liao then entered the doctoral program funded by the German Academic Exchange Service at the Faculty of Law at Albert-Ludwig University in Freiburg, which she completed in November 2019 with the awarding of a doctorate.
