Leo Koltsoff

Leo Koltsoff studied International Business Administration at the Tallinn Technical University and law at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt with a focus on European law. He completed his legal clerkship at the Frankfurt District Court with placements in Berlin, Brussels and Speyer. He earned a doctorate at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ziekow with a thesis on a regulatory topic. Leo Koltsoff has been working as a lawyer in Frankfurt since 2013.
