Lars Allstadt

The author studied law at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg from 2012 to 2017 with a focus on commercial law. Since 2017 he has been a research assistant at the chair for German, European and international private and commercial law of Prof. Dr. Robert Freitag, Maître en droit. Since 2018, the author has been completing his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court in Nuremberg with a station in an international commercial law firm in the finance and insolvency sector in Frankfurt am Main. At that time, he has also worked for an international commercial law firm in the finance sector in Munich.
