Carlos Philipp Landschein

Carlos Philipp Landschein studied law at the University of Cologne and graduated in 2016 with a focus on banking and capital markets law. Subsequently, he devoted himself to his thesis entitled »Involvement of investors prior to share issues«. During his doctoral phase, he worked as a research assistant in an international law firm in Frankfurt on the Main, where he focused on capital markets and corporate law. He worked on IPOs and capital increases and was also involved in various publications on capital markets law.
