Jan Krusche

Jan Michael Krusche graduated with first and second state law degrees from GJPA in Berlin, received his LL.M. degree from UC Berkeley, and studied politics and regional studies at Free University Berlin and Fudan University Shanghai. He completed his PhD with a fellowship from the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich, with a thesis on patent law (supervised by Professor Jürgen Ensthaler).  Jan began his legal career in 2015, and from 2017-2021, worked with the telecommunications, media and technology team at Hengeler Mueller. As of August 2021, Jan is General Counsel of an international software company.
