Hartmut Krüger

Hartmut Krüger studied law at the Law Faculty of the University of Leipzig after graduating from the König-Albert-Gymnasium Leipzig. After passing the First State Examination in Law in 2002, he completed his legal clerkship at the OLG Dresden with stations, among others, at the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer and in Prague. After passing the Second State Examination in 2004, he initially worked at the University of Leipzig and the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). Since 2013, he has been employed in the Stock Markets and Securities Division of the Federal Ministry of Finance and since 2024 in the area of ​​anti-money laundering.
