Jonas Kranz
Jonas Kranz studied law at the University of Göttingen and at the University of Thessaloniki. He passed the first state examination in Law in 2016. From 2016-2020, he worked as a research assistant to Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Ernst-Joachim Mestmäcker at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg. For his thesis, supervised by Prof. Dr. Reinhard Ellger, LL.M. (Univ. of Penn.), he was a visiting researcher at the European University Institute in Florence, as well as at the Bocconi University. Since 2019, he has been a law clerk (Referendar) at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg.
