Markus Knop

Markus Knop studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn from 2010 to 2015. He completed one part of his legal clerkship in preparation for the second state exam at the labor court in Bonn. Parallel to studying law, he already worked for the Federal Institu-te for Drugs and Medical Devices and also in the labor law department of a large insurance company. Additionally, he worked for Cologne-based law firms specialized in labor and commercial law. In November 2020, Markus Knop was appointed as a judge in the federal state of Northrhine-Westphalia for the ordinary jurisdiction.
