Fabian Klahr
The author studied law at Leibniz University of Hanover and was employed by the local Criminal Science Institute afterwards. There, he was one of the members of scientific assistants supporting nowadays judge at the Federal Constitutional Court Prof. Dr. Henning Radtke. He currently works for a medium-sized law firm as an attorney.
