Marie Kinnius

Marie Kinnius studied law at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Viña del Mar (Chile). After successfully passing her first state examination in 2019, she worked on her doctoral thesis at the Chair of Civil Law, History of Private Law, Commercial and Corporate Law at the Open University of Hagen under her doctoral supervisor Prof. Andreas Bergmann. Afterwards, she completed her legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal with stations at the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture and an international commercial law firm.
