Julian Dust

Julian Dust is an Associate at Linklaters LLP in Frankfurt am Main. He completed the requirements for German-French Master's Degree (DFM), at the University of Cologne and the Université de Paris, Panthéon-Sorbonne 1. After successfully sitting for his first legal State Examination, he received his doctorate under the supervision of Professor Kubiciel. Among his doctoral studies duties, he served as a research associate in the research group studying corporate criminal law (»white collar crime«), which published a draft law for the reform of German Corporate Liability and Sanctions Law in 2018. Mr. Dust completed his legal clerkship in Frankfurt am Main.
