Julia Sandner

Julia Sandner is an administrative court judge in Germany. She is currently seconded as a judicial clerk to the Federal Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe and regularly serves as an examiner in the German state examinations for the legal professions. After completing her studies at the University of Heidelberg and passing her state examinations with distinction, she became a research assistant to Professor Dr Borowski at the University of Heidelberg where she earned her doctoral degree with a thesis on the mutual reinforcement of fundamental rights under the Basic Law. Her training and research stays abroad included stages at a law firm in Tokyo and at the University of Cambridge.
