Jonas Prauß

Jonas Prauß studied law at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf from 2011 to 2016. After his first state examination, he worked as a research assistant at the professorship for civil law, civil procedural law and commercial law of Prof. Dr. Nicola Preuß works at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf and at the Institute for Insolvency and Restructuring Law (ISR). In June 2020 he began his legal preparatory service in the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court district. In October 2021 he received his doctorate for his work on insolvency law in cash transactions. Since September 2023, he has been working as a lawyer in a law firm specializing in commercial law in the Corporate/M&A area in Düsseldorf.
