Jens Schenk

The author is a lawyer at Neuwerk in Hamburg. After graduating from high school in 2007, the author studied Comparative and European Law at the Hanse Law School and the University of Warwick. After obtaining his LL.B., the author studied law at the University of Bremen, which he completed with the first state examination in law in 2015. Until the beginning of his legal traineeship, the author worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Commercial and Corporate Law at the University of Bremen and at a major international law firm. The author received his doctorate under Prof. Dr. Thilo Kuntz, LL.M.
