Oliver Jans

The author studied law at the Universities of Trier and Bonn. He wrote his doctoral thesis at the Chair of Civil Law and German and International Corporate, Commercial and Antitrust Law of Prof. Dr. Christian Kersting, LL.M. (Yale) at the University of Düsseldorf. The author subsequently completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf. He specializes in corporate law.
