Jann Schmitt

Jann Schmitt studied law at the Freie Universität Berlin from 2010 to 2015. Since 2015 he has been writing his PhD thesis as well as working as a research and teaching assistant at the Chair of Constitutional and Administrative Law, Public Economic Law and Social Law (Professor Dr. Helge Sodan) at Freie Universität Berlin. Since 2020 he is also working as a law clerk at the Berlin Court of Appeal. In his research he primarily focusses on Constitutional law and Social Law, especially Public Health Insurance Law.
