Jan-Felix Winter

Jan-Felix Winter studied law at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg from 2007 to 2012. After his First State Examination, he completed his legal clerkship at Regional Court of Göttingen from 2012 to 2014. From 2013 to 2018 he was a doctoral student at Leuphana University Lüneburg, where he was supervised by Prof. Dr. Alexander Schall. Since 2014 he has been working for law firm Winter & Erdtmann, focusing on insolvency and employment law.
