Muwon Hong

Muwon Hong was born 1985 in Würzburg, Germany and moved 1994 to Pusan, South Korea. He graduated from the Daewon Foreign Language Highschool in Seoul, Korea in 2004. He studied Law at the University of Würzburg from 2004 to 2009 and passed the first bar exam in 2009. After working as a law clerk at the district court in Würzburg he passed the second bar exam in 2011. Since 2011 he works as a lawyer in a multinational company in the areas company law, export control law and sanction law. He was awarded a doctorate with his thesis »The ›Großraumtheorie‹ from Carl Schmitt in comparison to the east-asian understanding of international public law« from Prof. Dr. Horst Dreier, Würzburg.
