Jan L. Hoffmann Linhard studied law at the University of Kiel with a focus on tax and corporate law. He obtained his doctoral degree by the University of Freiburg under Prof. Dr. Jan Lieder, LL.M. (Harvard). During his doctoral studies and his legal clerkship, he worked for several international law firms in the fields of M&A and Corporate in Hamburg and London.
