Maximilian Hirschfeld

Maximilian Hirschfeld studied law at the University of Passau where he passed the first state exam in 2019. Afterwards, he became an assistant to Prof. Dr. Holger Altmeppen at his Chair of Commercial and Business Law and created his PhD thesis to upstream securities. Subse-quently, he worked for an international law firm in Munich in the field of corporate / M&A. He received his doctor’s degree by the University of Passau in February 2021. Since April 2021 he is a trainee lawyer at the Oberlandesgericht München.
