Bert Herbrich

Bert Herbrich studied law at the Law Faculty of the Technical University of Dresden and passed his first state examination there. Afterwards, he worked as a research assistant in the Saxon Chamber of Notaries and at a renowned notary's office. He completed his legal clerkship at the Dresden Higher Regional Court and has practiced law ever since. Since 2011 he has worked as a research assistant at the chair for public law with a focus on technical and environmental law at the Technical University of Dresden. He wrote his PhD dissertation on the compatibility of the factory farming system with constitutional law under the supervision of Martin Schulte.
