Hendrik Sannwald

The author studied law in Münster (Westfalia) and Exeter. He passed his first state exam in 2017. Afterwards, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Corporate and Capital Markets Law, Dept. II, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Münster. During that time, he completed an LL.M. in Inheritance Law and Corporate Succession at jurGrad gGmbH in Münster as a scholarship holder. The author passed his second state exam at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main in 2022. In May 2022, he received his doctorate in law from the University of Leipzig. He currently works as a lawyer in a Frankfurt boutique for commercial and capital market law.
