Hendrik Philipp Nowak

Hendrik Nowak studied law at the University of Osnabrück. As part of his first state examination, he specialised in the university's core subject "German and European Commercial Criminal Law". After completing his first state examination, he obtained his doctorate at the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel on the subject of the institutional position of the public prosecutor in criminal proceedings. Hendrik Nowak initially worked as a research assistant at a large commercial law firm in Düsseldorf while working on his doctorate and then completed his legal clerkship at the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court, also while working on his doctorate. Since 2024, Hendrik Nowak has been working as a lawyer in a leading international law firm.
