Pascal Härdtner

Pascal Haerdtner studied law at the University of Heidelberg, the University of Copenhagen and the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich with a special focus on corporate, capital market and insolvency law. He spent his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich. In the year 2020, he was awarded a doctorate in law by the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. His dissertation was supervised by Prof. Dr. Hans Christoph Grigoleit. Since 2017, Pascal Haerdtner is a lawyer at the Munich office of Milbank LLP, where his practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions.
