Güneş Çap

Güneş Çap, LL.M studied law at Ankara University in Turkey. She graduated LL.M at the Free University Berlin. She received her Ph.D. in 2021 with the Dissertation »The Structural Principles of the Turkish Constitution (1982) in the Light of the Principle Theory by Robert Alexy« at the same university. She first worked as an adjunct professor at the Turkish-German University in Istanbul and has been an assistant professor there since November 2022.
