Gabriel Pérez Barberá

Gabriel Pérez Barberá; PhD in law (»Dolus Eventualis. Towards the Decline of the Idea of Intent as a Mental State«) at the University of Córdoba. Extended stay in Germany doing research as scholarship holder of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. After having been a court of appeal judge in criminal matters, he is currently a professor of criminal law at the University of Córdoba and a professor of Master's degree at the Universidad Torcuato di Tella (Buenos Aires). He is also working in Buenos Aires as an economic criminal law prosecutor.
