Franziska-Maria Jaschke

Franziska-Maria Jaschke studied law at the University of Passau and received scholarships from the German Academic Scholarship Foundation and the Max Weber Programme (Elite Network Bavaria) during this time. In 2015 and 2016, she worked as a research assistant at the »Chair of Constitutional and Administrative Law, in particular Public Finance and Tax Law« at the University of Passau. She was awarded a scholarship of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation for her doctorate at the University of Passau, which she completed in 2018. Franziska-Maria Jaschke is currently working as a law clerk within the jurisdiction of the Higher Regional Court of Munich.
