Franziska Kurz

Franziska Kurz studied law at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg and at the University of Oxford (M.Jur.). She was a research assistant at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg at the Chair of Civil Law, Intellectual Property and Technology Law of Prof. Dr. Franz Hofmann, LL.M. (Cambridge) and absolved her legal traineeship in the district of the Higher Regional Court Nürnberg. Currently, she is a judge at the Regional Court Nürnberg-Fürth.
