Franziska Hipp

Franziska Hipp read law at Eberhard Karls University Tuebingen (first state exam 2018). From 2018 to 2020 she conducted her legal clerkship at the Stuttgart Higher Regional Court, district of the Regional Court Tuebingen. Between 2018 and 2023 she was a research fellow at the University of Tuebingen, Institute for German Constitutional and Administrative Law, Financial and Tax Law under Professor Dr. Christian Seiler, and a doctoral candidate from 2020 to 2023. She achieved her doctorate in 2023. Since 2023 she has been employed in the judicial service of the State of Baden-Wuerttemberg.
