Franziska Hidding

Franziska Hidding has been a trainee lawyer at the Berlin Higher Regional Court since 2018, with positions at the Federal Ministry of the Interior, for Construction and Home Affairs, among others. From 2015 to 2017 she worked at the University of Münster as a research assistant at the Institute for International Business Law, Dept. I for Prof. Dr. Gerald Mäsch. During this time she wrote her dissertation »Access to Justice for Consumers«. From 2008 to 2014 she studied law at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster and at the Université Panthéon-Assas, Paris II. At the same time she received an additional degree in French law.
