Prof. Dr. Frank Schulz-Nieswandt, *1958, is an interdisciplinary social scientist. Since 1998 he has held the chair for social policy and qualitative social research in the Institute for Sociology and Social Psychology at the Faculty of Management, Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Cologne, where he is also director of the seminar for cooperatives. He worked in the deanery there for 18 years. He was an honorary professor for the social economics of nursing Care in the Faculty of Nursing Science at the Philosophical-Theological University in Vallendar. Honorary Chairman of the Society for Social Progress. Among other things he was chairman of the KDA, the academic advisory board of the GÖW/BVÖD, the DZA, the Cologne Science Group.
