Frank Czerner
Frank Czerner studied law at the Ruhr University in Bochum and the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen and received his doctorate from the Faculty of Law in Tübingen. Since 2014, he has held the professorship for Law in Social Work and for Law in Digital Forensics at Mittweida University of Applied Sciences in Central Saxony; since then, he has also been a member of the advisory board of Waldheim Prison. Main areas of research and teaching: sanctions law, penal system, victim protection, medical law, comparative law in state and canon law; children's rights (UN Convention on the Rights of the Child) and their ›representation‹ in German federal law and in Roman Catholic canon law.
