Johannes Falter

Johannes Falter studied law at the University of Passau. After his First Examination, he worked for several years as a research assistant at the chair of Prof. Dr. Hermann Pünder at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg. He then completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Munich, including a stage at the Federal Constitutional Court. Johannes Falter has been working as a lawyer in Munich since 2017, specialising in litigation and corporate law.
