Fabian Uebele

Fabian Uebele studied law in Tübingen from 2009 to 2014. After passing the first state examination, he completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe. He passed the second state examination in 2016. From 2015 to 2020, he worked as an academic assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Commercial and Antitrust Law at the University of Mannheim with his doctoral supervisor Prof. Dr. Jens-Uwe Franck, LL.M. (Yale). He received his doctorate in the fall of 2021. Since June 2020, Fabian Uebele has been working as a lawyer at international law firms in Frankfurt and most recently at Sullivan & Cromwell in London.
