Erik Weiss
Erik Weiss studied law at Heinrich-Heine-Universität in Düsseldorf from 2010 to 2015. There, from 2015 to 2019, he was research assistant to Prof. Dr. Horst Schlehofer at the Chair of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure. From 2019 to 2021, he completed his legal traineeship (Rechtsreferendariat) at the Higher Regional Court (Kammergericht) Berlin, with internships i.a. at the Federal Ministry of the Interior and at law firm WidmaierNorouzi Rechtsanwälte. Since April 2019, he has been research assistant to Prof. Dr. Martin Heger at the Chair of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, European Criminal Law and Modern Legal History at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
