Elisa Hoven

Elisa Hoven is a professor for German and International Criminal Law and criminal procedure law at the University of Leipzig and a judge at the Constitutional Court of Saxony. She studied law at the Free University of Berlin, the Radboud Universitaet Nijmegen and the University of Cambridge. She wrote her PhD on international criminal proceedings and worked as Visiting Professional at the ICC in The Hague and the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia. Elisa was a Visiting Scholar at the Berkeley University, Harvard University, Basel University, University of California, Los Angeles, and the University of Sydney.
