Elif Tuna

The author studied law at the University of Bayreuth. After her studies, she worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, German and International Civil Procedure Law of Prof. Dr. Volker Wiese, LL.M. (McGill) in Bayreuth. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Bamberg and is admitted to the Munich Bar Association.
