Dominik Skauradszun

Dominik Skauradszun studied in Tübingen (First State Examination in law), Saarbrücken, and Kaiserslautern (LL.M. Taxation) and passed the Second State Examination in law in Stuttgart. He concluded his doctorate of law at the University of Tübingen with a thesis on civil procedure and received the venia legendi for civil law, civil procedure, insolvency law and corporate law following a habilitation at Bielefeld University. Dominik Skauradszun first worked as a lawyer, then as a judge. Since 2014 he has been a professor of civil law, civil procedure and company law, in particular corporate law, at Fulda University.
