Tobias Dössinger

After training as a banker the author studied law, focused on criminal law, at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen. There he was an associate of Prof. Martin Nettesheim at the chair of Administrative, Constituional, European and International Law. During further studies he worked as a research associate – firstly at a mid-sized practice specialising in Company, Tax and Criminal Tax Law – and after passing his first state bar examination for an internationally-active commercial law firm in Munic in the areas of Commercial Law, Compliance and Dispute Resolution. In 2013 the author passed his second bar examination in Munic. He was admitted to the Bar in 2013. His principle practice area lies in Economic Law. He finished his doctoral research study at the professorship of Prof. Kaspar at the University of Augsburg in 2017. Tobias Dössinger is an associate fellow of the Hanns-Seidel Foundation. He is currently working in the legal department of an international corporation in the automotive industry.
