Isabella Denninger

Isabella Denninger studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich from 2008 to 2013 with a focus on national, international and European tax law. After her legal clerkship (district of Munich, 2015), she worked as a lawyer in a German transaction-focused law firm while pursuing her PhD. In 2019 she was appointed tax advisor and specialist lawyer for tax law. Since then she has been working for a leading law firm in Munich with a focus on M&A transactions and (international) corporate tax law. In 2020 she received her PhD at the Friedrich-Alexander-University (Erlangen-Nuremberg).
