Danielle van Bergen

Danielle van Bergen studied law and sinology with a focus on Chinese law in Freiburg, Dalian (PR China) and Tübingen. She completed her Master's degree in 2012 with a thesis on Chinese media and civil law at the Faculty of Law at the Albert Ludwigs University of Freiburg. After her first state examination in Tübingen, she obtained her doctorate under Prof. Dr. Dr. Dres. h.c. Kristian Kühl. Danielle van Bergen is currently a Legal Trainee at the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart, with positions at a corporate law boutique and the legal department of an international corporation.
