Daniel S. Huber

Daniel S. Huber studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich, specializing in competition law, intellectual property and media law. He then completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, with stations at a law firm in Ottawa (Canada), among others. After his second state examination, the author researched and taught as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law and Media Law of Professor Dr. Johannes Hager, under whose supervision he received his doctorate. After working for several years as a lawyer in an international law firm, he now advises his clients mainly on contract, data protection and e-commerce law.
