Daniel Bäuml
Daniel Bäuml studied law at the University of Passau, specialising in ‘Law Enforcement in Civil Law’. He was supported by the Deutschlandstipendium and also took part in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. After his first state examination, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute for the Didactics of Law in Passau under Prof Dr Tomas Kuhn. His dissertation was honoured with the Dissertation Prize of the Association of Friends and Sponsors of the University of Passau e.V. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg.
