Clemens Bogedain

Clemens Bogedain studied Law and European history at the University of Bayreuth (Dr. jur., B.A.), where he also obtained the additional commercial law specialist degree of »Wirtschaftsjurist (Univ. Bayreuth)« and the Brandenburg University of Technology (M.B.L.). Subsequently, he worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Bayreuth as well as in several projects on the improvement of the rule of law in CEE and SEE. He was a trainee lawyer in international law firms and completed his legal clerkship with the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg and the German Embassy in Kampala/Uganda. As a lawyer, he focusses on IP and Competition law, as a historian on Military and Legal History.
